《国际名酒赤水河宣言》正式发布：描绘酒业“共荣共生”新蓝图
10月28日，首届赤水河论坛在茅台启幕。主论坛开幕式上，一份标志着全球酒业共识的纲领性文件——《国际名酒赤水河宣言》正式发布，为行业未来描绘出“共荣共生”的新蓝图。
《国际名酒赤水河宣言》是本届论坛最核心的成果之一，它从赤水河这一“美酒河”的独特生态与文化价值出发，将中国酒业的传统智慧与全球酒业的共同关切相融合，系统性地提出了推动行业健康、可持续发展的八大行动纲领。全文如下：

Global Fine Wines & Spirits Declaration of Chishui River
为推动世界酒业的交流互鉴、共荣共生，践行社会责任，凝聚发展共识，促进行业发展，我们在赤水河畔，共同发布宣言：
In our shared pursuit of promoting exchanges, mutual learning, coexistence and common prosperity in the global wines and spirits sector, fulfilling social responsibilities, building consensus for development, and advancing the industry's progress, we hereby jointly issue this declaration on the banks of the Chishui River:
一、敬畏自然，保护生态
I. Respect nature and safeguard ecology
——尊重并保护水源、气候、原料等酿造资源，推行绿色与可持续的生产方式，维护生态平衡。
- Respect and protect water sources, climate, raw materials and other brewing resources, adopt green and sustainable production methods, and safeguard the ecological balance.
